Firstly to Sync your Salesforce account to the Dear system you need to refer to our previous article Click here

Steps to Sync Authorized orders from Dear B2b platform to Salesforce org:

  • Login to Dear System org.
  • Goto Integration Panel. Then Click on B2B Platform.
  • Create a new B2B platform. Setup the platform according to your business requirements.
  • Now invite the customers for your B2B platform.
  • As soon as your customers accept the invitation, they are ready to sign in to Dear B2B platform for making an order.
  • After logging into your Dear B2B platform, it appears like:

  • After choosing your products, and filling in your shipping details and billing information, you can confirm your order.

  • As soon as you confirm your order, it will automatically sync with your salesforce Opportunity object along with the product under the account from which you logged into the B2B platform(mentioned in step 5). Sale will look like this:
