Boost customer and employee experience with the Salesforce Surveys. They help you gather insights from the customer and employees, uncover hidden trends, and save all the details in the Salesforce Org. Moreover, they allow you to create a custom report to view, analyze, and evaluate all the survey responses to help you make data-driven decisions.

For every customer or employee, the survey is sent to, you can create an invitation link, subject id, invitation name, and invitation. This will help you associate Salesforce records with survey invitation records. It follows a simple three-step process.

  • Build a survey in Salesforce as per your requirements.
  • For every survey you send to each contact, an invitation id and subject is created.
  • All the feedback is saved associating Salesforce records with survey invitation records

Here’s a simple code for it!

Conclusion:

You can send or schedule the surveys to be sent weekly, monthly, or yearly to the invitation ids. Salesforce will automate the process and save the feedback in the associated records.
