Steps:

1.Login to your Facebook and open the Page where the Lead Ad form is created.

2. Go to Publishing Tools for that page.

3. Then, Go to the Forms Library.

4. Open the Form.

5. Now, Log in to Zapier and create a Zap and Choose the event

6. Select your Facebook account

7. Select the Page from your Facebook account and lead ad form

8. After that, select the application that you want to connect with your Facebook Lead Ad.

9. Select the Salesforce Account.

10. After that, select the object and map the fields with the form fields.

11. Now, you can test your connection.

12. Finally, turn on the Zap.
